Delta Boogie Newsletter - July 2023 - It's Hot!
I know, it's supposed to be hot on the 4th of July, but without getting political, this climate change has got me down.
We are even livestreaming from the ASU bandroom. Where it's air conditioned.

I am learning that it's easier to livestream outside but I'm sure we'll get it figured out soon.
The power outage that we had at our last session didn't help. What could we do? Plug everything into my battery powered PA and play in the dark. Now, that was fun!

I moved the Gamer+ website to a new server and installed Calckey so we are now federated. We still have Galleries, Blogs are called Pages, and the newsfeed is fantastic with five different timelines and no algorithms.
The Home timeline is where you see everyone you follow.
The Local timeline is more like the old Gamer+ where you see all posts and boosts by Gamer+ gamers.
The Social timeline is a combination of the Home and Local timelines.
The Recommended timeline shows posts from other gaming servers on the fediverse.
The Global timeline has posts from all the servers Gamer+ connects to.
